Important notice: Effective January 7th, Threadsmith will be closed for improvements

As you can see, we have closed the Threadsmith.com site and are no longer taking orders. This is due to some recent developments with our company that we would like to share with you. Recently Vistaprint, a Netherlands based provider of printed and promotional products, acquired Soft Sight, Inc., the parent company of Threadsmith.com. The acquisition will enable Vistaprint to deliver custom-embroidered products using Soft Sight's sophisticated software capabilities. Vistaprint plans to launch a line of new embroidered products as part of its existing product portfolio - which can be found at www.vistaprint.com - later this year. We of course would welcome your business and hope that you continue to be a valued customer, allowing us to fulfill your future embroidery needs. Please find below a short FAQ to help answer any additional questions you might have. Q: When will you be back?
A: Our goal is to be back online and fulfilling your embroidery needs within a few short months.
Q: What if I have problems with my order after you are closed?
A: We definitely want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you do have problems please email to support@threadsmith.com
Q: Does this mean I cannot place an order today?
A: Unfortunately we can no longer accept orders. Once we are back online with our new and improved site we can notify you and would be happy to assist you with your embroidery needs at that time.
Q: Will I be notified when the site is back on?
A: Absolutely! We will be sending you an email once the site is back up and look forward to unveiling our new and improved site. If you are new to Threadsmith, please enter your email address above and we will add you to the list.
Q: I just recently placed an order and haven't yet received it. Am I still going to receive it?
A: Yes. We are going to be producing all orders placed before Jan 7th 10AM EST.
